This project commenced in December 2010 and expected completion date is June 2013. The scope of works of this project includes structural repairs, electrical, mechanical and civil works. Due to the extent of works, this project was divided in 5 phases namely: Da Gama Park where 244 houses and 70 flats have to be refurbished; the eastern and western harbour where 95 and 76 buildings respectively have to be repaired; the main road and barracks where 41 buildings have to be repaired and finally the navy warehouses where 34 buildings have to be refurbished.
